KJ Therapeutic Group Home (Residential Rehabilitation)
KJ Therapeutic Group Home has provided compassionate home care and lifestyle choices for persons with developmental and intellectual disabilities. As a recognized provider in the field of disabilities, KJ Therapeutic Group Home works hard to meet the changing needs of those we serve. We offer personalized, individualized opportunities and support, including respite care services and supported living coaching, to maximize the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities. We enrich the lives of the individual clients and families that we take care of, ensuring that everyone is happy.
Life Skills Development 1 (Companion)
At KJ Therapeutic Learning Center, we provide compassionate home care that emphasizes the unique needs of clients and their families. Each person's care is individualized, compassionate, and appropriate. We collaborate with patients, families, support coordinators, and other health team members to plan and provide care that achieves an optimal level of health and wellness. Our goal is to help clients become active members of their community, engaging in meaningful activities of their choosing. Our companion services, which include respite care services, offer non-medical care and socialization activities provided to an adult on a one-to-one basis or in groups of up to three recipients, all while incorporating supported living coaching.
Life Skills Development 2 (Supported Employment Coaching)
People of all abilities can bring valued skills to the community and deserve the chance to do so. At KJ Therapeutic Learning Center, our go-to-work philosophy empowers individuals with various abilities by providing the skills and confidence needed to thrive in their roles. By recognizing the importance of each individual’s unique intellectual, physical, social, and emotional needs, we are able to offer opportunities for a productive, active, and rewarding life. We support them in achieving their goals through supported living coaching, which helps individuals secure and maintain employment in their communities or develop and operate a small business. Additionally, our compassionate home care and respite care services ensure that everyone can access the support they need to succeed.
Respite
Respite care services provide temporary supportive care and supervision when the primary caregiver is unable to perform these duties. At KJ Therapeutic Learning Center, we offer personalized in-home care services tailored to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our dedicated team promotes independence, dignity, and comfort—right at home. With our compassionate home care staff, we work closely with each individual to ensure they receive the assistance they need to thrive at home and in their community, including supported living coaching.
Supported Living Coaching
At KJ Therapeutic Learning Center, we provide compassionate home care through Supported Living Coaching, offering training and assistance to individuals living in their own homes or apartments. Our commitment extends to supporting clients and families with exceptional respite care services for persons with disabilities. We strive to foster an inclusive environment for our clients while teaching them new skills. With many years of experience, our goal is to consistently maintain the highest quality of service. Homemaker & Companion Services/Private Duty
KJ Therapeutic Learning Center provides compassionate home care through its Homemaker and Companion services in Pasco and Pinellas Counties. We assist individuals who need help with daily activities and companionship, including our respite care services. Our offerings include: Personal Care, which involves assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing; Housekeeping, covering light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation; Companionship, focusing on social interaction, conversation, and recreational activities; and Transportation, which aids with errands, appointments, and social outings. Additionally, we offer supported living coaching to enhance independence.
